About

I’m looking for someone trustworthy and tidy to look after my pets, house and gardens while I travel up north. I have two dogs (labradoodles), two cats and four chickens.
I have a pool and my house is air conditioned. We also have city views from our back deck - you’ll likely be able to see fireworks on New Year’s Eve.

Pets & farm animals

Two labradoodles - Maggie and Baxter. They stay outside at all times. They’re pretty good, but will steal food given any opportunity. They can’t be trusted around the chickens, so if the chickens are let out of their pen the dogs must be put on the front deck.
Two Ragdoll cats - Bella and Trixie. Bella comes and goes as she pleases. It is best to keep her outside as much as possible as she has been known to wee on beds if left inside for longer than she likes. Trixie is a sensitive, delicate and affectionate little thing who needs to stay inside almost all the time. Her precious heart cannot cope with the outside world for more than a few minutes at a time.
We also have four chickens who are pretty cool with just being fed and watered. They love food scraps too.

House Tasks

Collect mail
Collect eggs (and eat them too if you like)
Feed and water all animals
Maybe mow the lawn - we can discuss this later
Keep the house clean and tidy
