My property is in Collingwood Heights, Albany WA.
Medium size house with 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms, an overgrown back garden and atop a hill overlooking a rural area.
From the large north facing windows we enjoy the winter sunshine and rural view. With a grassed recreational area straight across the road you will meet all the locals who come to walk there dogs each day. beyond this grassed park are horse paddocks which are visited daily by kangaroos.
Simple living :)
I enjoy travelling and camping and cannot always take my Maltese Shitzhu Minnie. Most of my trips are only a week here and a week there so I am looking for short house sit stays from time to time. Both Minnie and the house are not high maintenance so you will be free to come and go as you please and enjoy Albany's beautiful surrounds. However, if you wish to pull some weeds, or trim a plant or two out the back it would be appreciated!
