My villa is in a complex of 15 units, it is 2 bedroom single storey townhouse with only 1 common wall. There is a lockup garage and a fully enclosed courtyard. There is a small grassed area that needs to be mowed and a small garden. The townhouse complex is located on a busy main road, so there is some traffic noise
Pets & farm animals
I have an 11 yr old ragdoll X cat named Henry. I also have 2 stray cats who usually turn up twice daily to be fed, at my front door, they do not come inside.
Henry rules the house, he loves and needs routine and can get cranky if things don't go his way, but loves head rubs and scratches on his terms. He is not a cuddly cat but loves to be in the same space as you and will follow you around. He can be very vocal, especially when doing his regular patrols through the house.
Henry has open access to the courtyard but does not go out the front of the unit as the townhouse complex comes off a very busy main road.
House Tasks
The main task is feeding Henry and keeping him company. The two stray cats are fed daily but only when they turn up at the door. The small courtyard lawn will need mowing.
