Lovely, quiet and well maintained federation house with large deck and quaint garden. Close to public transport and all the bars and restaurants the inner west has to offer. There are also 2 friendly low maintenance cats to look after.

One large 6 yr old ginger boy who is exceptionally friendly. One younger tabby girl, a little more reserved but friendly once she gets to know you. Very low maintenance, no health requirements.
