Our home is a 4 bed, 2 bath, 3 split level home on 740m2 with a garden consisting of lawn, herb area and fruit trees.
We are renovating/ updating but our home is very livable and comfortable.
Air con/ heating/ wifi inc.
We are a 5.mim drive from Bacchus Marsh town where you will also find the train station- VLine so comfort to Melbourne/ Flinders st in 40 mins on the express train.
We are 5 mins from Lederderg state Park, 10mins from Werribee George and then you can head out to Wombat State Park. 40 mins from Daylesford and the Grampians just 90mins away. In the other direction Geelong is 45 mins and onto the Great Ocean road from there.
We have a 12 yo female Labrador who just needs your presence and a walk to be happy. She is healthy so will walk/ swim as often as you are keen to take her! She is very chilled and affectionate.
If you could water our garden that would be appreciated too. Hoses and basic sprinkler system is the setup.
We have a Crossfit gym in our garage which you are also welcome to use and mountain bikes to help you get about.
Unfortunately our car is not available for your use but off-street parking is available if you have your own.
If you like the idea of a little country/ small suburb type neighbourhood with friendly neighbours and you can take good care of our dog and home I would love to hear from you.
