Three bedroom town-house (one bedroom with Queen-sized bed available for house-sitter to stay in), Very comfortable and well-set up, including wifi, evaporative cooling/air-conditioning, dishwasher, outdoor spa/hot tub, etc (if spa is to be used by house-sitters, there is a small daily cost for heating/electricity - otherwise, it will be disabled).

Special needs (deaf) Lowchen puppy (born February 2020) needing daily walks, feeding, grooming, to be played with. Puppy can't be left alone for more than 2-3 hours at a time.

Must keep house clean and tidy, check PO Box regularly (from post office 2km away).

Starting date is definite (21 January), with approximate end-date on 1 February (however, end-date may be extended to mid-February).

I will be able to confirm whether end-date is 1 February, after I have an interstate appointment on 22 January.

House-sitter must be a non-smoker.
