One bedroom apartment. Architect designed and recently completed in 2017. Small but very good design. Balcony with plants that require minimal watering and a bit of a view. Dishwasher and fridge that has filtered water and makes ice. It is in a low density set of 8 apartments. it is one flight of stairs up. No lift. There is a big oval out the back that you can access from the property. I walk around it in the morning for exercise there is cricket there on the weekends..
In Preston, very close to Northland shopping centre. There is a bus stop out the front. It is a 5 minutes drive to Preston Market. Within 8 km to Melbourne CBD.
I work in the arts and like to cook so if you like art, design and cooking you'd like it here - the kitchen is very small though - but amazingly functional for the size.

Pets & farm animals

The cat - Billie the Burmese is 7 years old. He's ridiculously good looking and quite bright. He likes to be there with me - he stalks me about the place, including the bathroom, and likes to sleep close to me. He does not wake me up in the morning. He is quite a charmer and will require some playful interaction each day. He is great company.

House Tasks

Feed Billie and change his water (he's big on fresh water) in the morning and in the evening. <br />Change his kitty litter once a week - if you are here for more than a week. Or just remove solids if only a weekend. I'll leave bags of it. It is a really good new type that comes in its own liner tray - very easy. <br />Give him some love and attention when possible. <br />The plants on the balcony need to be watered every couple of days in summer - it is a nice thing to do.
