I have a small one bedroom in Travancore and need someone to come and take care of my beautiful cat and water my plants. The cat needs to be fed twice a day and just loves having someone around for company but will watch from a distance at first. She loves to play with feathers on a string and sit with you on the couch while you're watching TV, but is shy so will take a day or two to get to know you before she gets very close. She is not a lap cat but food is the gateway to her heart and she is a real smoocher when she gets to know you.
There are tomatoes and spinach growing, as well as a plethora of herbs and you're welcome to eat any produce. There's also a few indoor plants to care for. Vegies will need watering daily if its really hot, but indoor plants can be every second or third.
I will provide linen, tea and coffee and pay for electricity. I have a Cromecast connected to a monitor and will set up the desk in the lounge if you need to get any work done. There is an IGA a short walk down the street and Flemington farmers markets nearby on a Sunday. Only a 10 min drive from Moonee Ponds and Highpoint shopping centres with good tram access into the city.
Pets & farm animals
I have one housecat, Gabbi, who is shy but very loving when she gets to know you. She needs to be fed twice a day and needs some dedicated attention for pats or play at least 15-30min per day. I have some feliway that can be used to help her settle with you there, but honestly constancy of presence and food giving are two keys to her heart.
The nitty gritty is that solids need to be removed from the litter box every day, and topped up when necessary.
