family home in Coburg, Victoria, 7 minutes from train station, to city, another 23 minutes. 3bedrooms. one fully furnished for single sitter, king single bed. or another queen bed, also furnished, for couple sitters. well located for groceries etc. 32yo daughter will also be resident. quiet house. non-smoking. garden includes veggies if desired. no wild parties or such. very quiet neighbourhood. general maintenance of house and gardens. not onerous. sitter will need own internet, pc. House sitting period flexible to a degree, depending on negotiation, but must start no later than Sunday 4april and end no earlier than 31august2021. need to sign an agreement that clearly sets out expectations of parties. old cat.
