HelloI have a lovely one bedroom apartment on the 5th floor in Erskineville that has a parking spot under the secure building. The building is quiet and my balcony overlooks a small park and trees which mean the wattle birds and native minor birds whistle and chat at times - it’s lovelyIt is quiet and clean and non-smoking apartment block very handy to train, bus and loads of cafes and restaurants. The area is vibrant and fun and safe. Sydney Park is very close by and there are cinemas and theatres within walking distance. There is lots of local shopping (King St and Enmore Rd) and the city is a quick train or bus ride away. I need someone who loves cats, is quiet and is house proud. My neighbours would not like loud music or yahooing to disturb their peace. My home and furry family are very precious to me and I need to know they are in good hands.Thanks :-)
Pets & farm animals
Bodhi is an 15 year old cuddle loving Burmese whose favourite position is on your lap. He is very happy when there is someone home. He needs to be given a fibre supplement in the morning. Bella Blue is an 8 year old rescue Russian Blue who is a little chatty and loves to be around people whoever is not at cuddle loving as Bodhi. She does not like her head being touched but loves her belly rubbed. Neither of them are able to have biscuits and they love their cat milk in the morning. They like to wander out in the hallway of the apartment block and hang out on the verandah but they are inside cats. Everyone on the floor knows they go out into the corridor and don’t let them go into the lift.
House Tasks
I only have a small balcony but it is full of plants that will need watering and the mail needs collecting out of the letterbox.
