Our home is located 100 metres from Curl Curl Beach in a quiet, safe street with friendly neighbours. We are located close to two bus stops, with services to Manly, Dee Why & Chatswood, and a peak hour bus service to Sydney CBD. Around a 7 minute drive to Manly (Manly Ferry) and Warringah Mall Shopping Complex and Hoyts Cinema.
Our pet is a 9 year old small Spoodle (called Truffle) and is a special member of our family who loves company so we are looking for a kind house-sitter who loves dogs and has the time to spend with her. Truffle is generally an inside dog who sleeps inside and has access to a dog-flap.
The accommodation for you is the fully self contained ground floor of our home, and is available to you from Easter Monday 5th April 2021, We will be departing on our trip on Friday 9th April, so we would need you to arrive by Thursday 8th at the very latest.
We will be returning on the Friday 7th May 2021.
The ground floor accommodation is fully self contained comprising an open plan lounge/dining room that leads out to a sunny courtyard deck, with an ocean facing rear deck. We are connected to the NBN Internet with unlimited WiFi. The smart TV is connected to the internet - we don't have any Netflix or Stan etc subscriptions. There are two bedrooms (the master has a king bed), a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with shower (no bath) and a laundry. The house is located in a lovely suburb, close to walking tracks around Curl Curl Lagoon and Curl Curl beachfront. There is a beachfront cafe and Harbord Diggers RSL Club within walking distance.
The block is fairly level with easy street and house access and a fully fenced back garden. We would also appreciate you checking our letter box and watering the plants when needed.
Our home is a non-smoking environment. It is essential our house-sitter is also a non-smoker.

Pets & farm animals

Our pet is a 9 year old small Spoodle and is generally an inside dog with access to a dog flap.

House Tasks

Check letterbox. Water some plants if need be. Maybe mow lawn once if need be, if this is a concern, let us know.
