I have a good size three bedroom house approximately 10 minute walk from train station and central Rosanna.

The guest bedroom where you'll be sleeping has a queen sized bed with a heating blanket and storage for your clothes. There is both a large bathroom with shower and separate toilet. There is an internal laundry and outdoor clothesline as well as a large fully stocked kitchen.

There are pot plants which need watering and a lawn which will also need watering in summer. There is reverse cycle aircon, Foxtel, access to your Netflix account and ample parking.

I have an older British shorthair cat who is used to companionship. He needs to be watered and fed 2x/day, but otherwise maintenance free. I would also appreciate mail collection for longer stays.
