We have a clean and tidy 2BR home in a quiet st with a swimming pool. The train station is just 1000m away via the dog park just 200m away at the end of the street.

We have two dogs both non-shedding. Myf is a medium to large female and just a big goofy dog.

Both have the run of the house and need to be taken out for bathroom although both will go all night without needing to get up. Myf is happy to spend time outside by herself but Fudge really needs to be inside due to his poor sight.

Fudge have the run of the house including the bed. He is 10yo and has limited vision, maybe just 10%. The poor little guy needs to be helped on and off the bed. And outside fir bathroom.

It is a 2BR but only the one BR is available as the other has become a storage room. All BR and living space are air conditioned although it is quite aire and rear key needed. Everything works, not a dump. TV and NBN is provided.

The pups need to be fed and watered and walked daily. Myf just cruises around and comes to say hello regularly. Fudge is almost blind so is very reliant on you and loves a shoulder cuddle and sometimes a lap sit. Fudge sleeps on the bed and this is not negotiable.

The garden (not huge) also need watering except not right now because there is plenty of rain.
