About

We live in an idyllic rural setting on 5 acres, only 20 minutes from Surf Coast beaches and the Great Ocean Road. With the Otway National Park backing on to our property, bush walking, mountain bikes & gravel bike riding is 5 minutes up the road.
Travel to Geelong is 25 minutes, yet all facilities including supermarket, chemist, butcher, hardware, medical doctor and most importantly cafes are 10 minutes away in Winchelsea.
We have 2 gorgeous border collies and 2 cats that will need tender loving care while we travel along the top of Western Australia. In addition we have 3 friendly pet goats that are self-sufficient, but may need top up feeding occasionally. Hay and food for all animals will be delivered or provided for their feed and care.
The spacious 5 bedroom, 2 bathroom home, has 2 large living areas and a modern and open plan kitchen to suit the home chef: gas hotplates, oven, steam oven, dishwasher, microwave and a wood combustion stove. Each living area has a combustion wood heater and a reverse cycle air conditioner and TV. The home is professionally cleaned fortnightly by our cleaner Mel, and this will continue while we are away.
