Will require live in house sitter to tend to relatively independant pets.

2cats (pure bred, indoor cats with kitty litter in garage). Must not let cat outside, and doors must be locked at all times as the Bengal can open door handles

1 dog (needs to be let outside for toilet, but typically stays inside most the time as she is getting older)

2 chickens (just need their house for opened in morning, closed at night. They have auto feeders and waterers)

2 rats, in large cage (need food, morning and night. Auto water container. They crave attention but you are not expected to handle them if not keen. If you are though, they are very sweet, cuddly, playful etc)

The house is a walk away from public transport, shops, parks and two different beaches. New home, has all heating /cooling /solar, netflix, WiFi etc
Will also require a sitter in September from 4-9
