I live in a small, cosy one bedroom flat with my cat Aggie and my budgie Verdi. They are both pretty low maintenance though Aggie loves to be brushed and Verdi definitely rules the roost! Marrickville is a great place to live with bars, restaurants and great transport but I am also close to the Cooks River and all it has to offer with miles of walking and bike paths.
My flat is small, ground floor and I would describe it as cosy but it has all the mod cons - wifi, air con and big screen tv - as well as a fairly new kitchen and a bath!
