We live in a single storey house in the beautiful Dandenong Ranges just outside Melbourne close to Dandenong Ranges National Park.
I would ideally like an older couple retired or semi retired who are used to caring for dogs. It is a 3 bedroom house with study, two bathrooms, 2 living areas, modern kitchen and extensive outdoor verandah. Ducted heating throughout plus a Coonara heater. There are views to Port Phillip and beyond? There is just under 1/2 acre of land but garden maintenance is minimal at this time of year apart for watering. And possibly lawn mowing .We have two 14 year old friendly and well trained dogs, A border collie Millie and a cavoodle. Called Charlie. The property is fully fenced to contain the dogs.
The Dandenongs are a popular tourist area with many natural features, forest, gardens etc plus great cafes and restaurants to visit.
