ENJOY SERENITY BY THE BAY
We have a spacious renovated "California Bungalow" beach house, some 250 metres from the beach. We live in a quiet cul de sac, in a coastal retreat, with rural surrounds and many wineries. Only 30 minutes to Geelong. An ideal relaxing opportunity!!

Our home has 2 large bedrooms, home office, billiard room, 2 Bath and large lounge / dining. We are looking for a mature couple who would like to get away and enjoy our area.

Pets & farm animals

We have a loving 8 year old black male Lab - Zulu and a blond female Lab - Sabi (6 months). Both are very affectionate and wants to be everyone's friend. They requires a good walk along the coast each morning. We also have chooks (4) who require minimal care.

Look after house and water the garden.
