Situated on a 100 acres of peaceful and picturesque farmland, the farmhouse is a 4 bedroom comfortable and warm living space with new kitchen, slow burning fuel stove as well as wood burning heater and open fire. The dog is a 5 year old kelpie named Rafe, who is impeccably behaved and a true gentlemen. He loves attention, a game, frisbee fetching, a walk and socialising. He is an outside only dog and your dog is welcome as long as it remains strictly outside. No pets inside.
This job is not suitable for someone who leaves the house most of the day. The dog needs to be sat during his peak awake time. Short absences are ok, a few hours at most.
There is internet, and vodafone network mobile reception but Telstra is not as reliable. There is no TV.
Property is 15 minutes drive from Mudgee.
