Hi,

We live in Petersham in a one bedroom ground floor apartment. The apartment is a fairly large sized one bedroom apartment, with an outdoor swimming pool and gym amenities. Petersham train station is close by, just a short 12 minute walk.
Marrickville and Enmore are very close by with plenty of restaurants, pubs, cafes and also the Marrickville market is a 10 minute walk.

We are looking for a single responsible person to be able to look after our cat Cecil and our apartment, you would need to be able to feed him in the morning and evening too and also be able to turn the tap on for him to drink from (its a trait that he has). He is a playful cat at times with a great character. He's 7 years old and is quite unique, he is fairly big in length and is a short haired domestic.
He has some amusing characteristics. He is a friendly cat but he isn't the type of cat to sit on your lap, "he is his own man" so to speak.
He is allowed to go out during the day and evening but we normally make sure he is indoors by 9pm. The apartment screen doors are fitted with cat flaps to allow him to come and go as he pleases..
We are looking for a single person preferably non smoking, with a calm personality and have a regular job so Cecil can chill out during the day.
He can get unsettled and scared of groups of people so we would not want any groups of people in the apartment.
