My house is a 3 bedroom single floor, 2 bathrooms on a level block. I have 4 dogs and 1 cat. The three small dogs need two short walks each day. The medium dog (11 kg) needs 2-3 longer walks a week. The garden will require some watering, but a gardener comes each month, as well as the pool maintenance man. Close to bus routes to the CBD in a very quiet neighbourhood. Close to the walking trails of Mt Coottha
