My place is a townhouse in a gatrd complex. Close to shops and public transport.
I have a cat who is timid so all you will.beed to do with her is feed her and clean out her cat litter. She may want attention but might take some time.
With the house please water the garden and plants and clean up after yourself. If you have visitors using the intercom will come to my mobile so either let me know or they can call you directly and you can let them in by walking to the gate.

My cat's name is Ebony who is very timid so best to let her do her thing and she may come to you. Just feeding and cleaning her cat litter is priority
