About

I have been given an exemption to UK for 5-6 months. At this stage these are the current dates 19/9/2021-22/1/2021. Due to spontaneous lock downs I prefer somebody already living in Victoria and is definitely a NON-SMOKER. I require a sitter to look after my beautiful rag doll cat. She does her business outside and she doesn't go near cars nor does she catch birds. (Just looks at them) She loves to be combed and she eats twice a day.

I have a responsible 19 year old Son whom lives upstairs once or twice a month (he is a non-smoker/goes to uni/works at Target) and he lives in Ormond with some friends. He comes home every now and then
and lives upstairs which is self contained, he looks after himself.
he is not a party boy and is very considerate to other people.


NOTE: I require one person (not a couple)

The house is 10minute walk to the beach. 20minute walk to Black Rock village. 25minute walk to Sandringham village. A fantastic Italian coffee shop around the corner. Close to Southland. Buses and Trains are walking distance.

Pets & farm animals

My cat just requires food twice a day. Likes to be combed, she lets herself outside to do her business.

House Tasks

Make sure Bella is feed twice a day (food will be supplied for the entire time I'm gone). biscuits, wet food, and water. She goes outside to do her litter. <br />*My 19 year old Son (Jeremy) is very independent once or twice a month spends some time upstairs in the house (completely separate entrance). Does not smoke, not a party animal, works at Target, goes to Uni and has his own place to return to. (Bella use to be his cat. Bella has now become attached to me due to myself being around her all the time)<br />*Collect mail. <br />*If air conditioning is turned on, please make sure it is turned off whilst you are out and about. .
