Single-story, 2-bedroom house in quiet cul-de-sac with single lock-up garage and small courtyard garden, overlooking a wetland filled with birds. Have home office set-up, as well as Pilates reformer for home-based workouts. My house is clean and very comfortable with most modern conveniences.
There are 3 shopping centres in the vicinity, the train station is 1.5km walk away (Craigieburn line) and a connecting bus stop on the street corner.
If you need to use my small car (Hyundai Ascent) it is only insured for people above 40yrs of age. Or I can leave it parked in the street to leave the garage available for your car.

Pets & farm animals

4-yr old Jack Russell called Darcy to be fed twice a day, morning and evening. Will leave enough food, he is not fussy.
Walk him everyday if can - once around wetland is plenty. Or throw the ball out the front.
Take to local vet in any emergency. Otherwise he is a healthy dog.
Like most terriers, he has some annoying quirks, OCD with fetching things and barks too much. He will expect to sleep in the bed with you, and loves a cuddle. He knows quite a few tricks, and is motivated by food, toys and love.
