Newish 3 bedroom house , easy to live in with all amenities i.e. Heating/Cooling, Wifi, Netflix, spa/pool, retic garden with some plants to water. Short 5 min walk to shops, doctor, vet and buses (15 min drive to city),would prefer a sitter with a car as the most important requirement is taking care of my friendly, 10yr old indoor cat who is my only housemate and is lucky to have me home with him most of the time as I am retired and single. Would prefer a single retired woman who can be home mostly with him. I am clean and tidy and house proud . Non Smoker essential. Would love to hear from you ,
Pets & farm animals
My cat is an indoor Tuxedo, 10years old and biggest requirement is company for him. especially at night. He is clean and eats only kibble on demand. He likes his litter box cleaned often. He is allowed in the alfresco every day to sun himself and enjoy the outside.
House Tasks
Mainly take care of my cat and give him lots of attention. I have reticulation but a few plants will need extra watering in the hot Perth summer months. Generally easy house to live in. I have great security and lovely neighbours.
