Mackay is in the southern most region of North Qld and is known for its many beaches. The house is less than a block from Town Beach, close to Mackay city centre, with easy access to a pedestrian/bike trail around the city. The Whitsunday region is only an hour away and day trips can easily be organised. The house is quite large, comfortable and air conditioned. Maintenance and care for the house should be minimal. Extra room for some visitors if necessary.
