Our house is 700m from Bells Beach and Pelican Park an area used for Jet Skiing and water sports with a newly opened inflatable water park.

Enjoy the cool sea breezes on the wrap around verandah.
Designated double guest bedroom accommodation with off street parking. Large open kitchen family dining and seperate lounge.

At Easter the Peninsula is a buzz with activities with the “Festival of Sails” the area has a variety of vantage point to view the start of the Brisbane to Gladstone yacht race on Good Friday.

There are markets, cafes and restaurants offering indoor and alfresco dining a Cinema with reclining seating and a large lagoon - Settlement Cove offering safe swimming with lifeguards on duty if the beach is not up to your liking.

Pets & farm animals

Our fur babies are Beau a 6 yo King Charles X Maltese and Chloe 6 yo Maltese x. They love company and are mostly totally indoor lounge lizards.

House Tasks

Look after pets take them for a short walk. Generally keep house in state it was in. Look after garden by watering few plants and the lawn.
