Spacious, comfortable with balcony facing east, with lots of light and shade in the hot summer afternoons.
Centrally located to transport, local groceries, great selection of cafes, and parks (10 -15 mins to Sydney & Centenniel). 2 mins from bus stop to the city, with many more transport options walking distance.
My little almost 2 year old long hair chihuahua is Romeo and he is full of personality with a gentle soul. If the travel restrictions are lifted, and I have to visit family for christmas & new year, it will be our first time apart. I"m very thorough in taking care of him and he's my top priority, would love a sitter who is gentle yet firm in ensuring safety of the pet with many other dogs in the neighborhood. He's well socialised, however it will be tough the first time apart. Hence needs someone with experience and is happy to engage with him and play, and not just leave him lose in a dog park. Chosing the right dogs to interact is just as important and when. You can leave him on his own a few hours in the day, can talk more about his routine & needs and how best to ensure he's comfortable when you do need to step out. He's fine to go out with you, and there will be health related restrictions size and limitations to be aware off. He does sleep on the bed, so this needs to be ok if he feels comfortable.
it is a friendly and quiet neighborhood for the most part as you're away from the main road.
the apartment is fully equiped with laundry facility included for 1 person to have a sanctuary recharge stay/ holiday.
If interested, would love to arrange a meet and greet with my little Romeo. If we're all comfortable, and happy, then just need police check proof and references.
visitors not preferred into the apartment so as to not make the time away for my pup harder with adding too many people into the mix.
Pets & farm animals
Daily - morning & evening toilet a must 1 hr filled with some walk and play and attention. chihuahuas have bursts of energy, but cannot be overexerted.
Clean up any poo or wee mess (rare but can happen if sick or ate too much or drank alot of water). will have all the cleaning supplies. will show how to do this.
Daily water change, and follow eating / feeding habits. careful not to overfeed, small dog. No human food unless advised.
respect and continue same training habits, and not teach any habits outside of what he's learned.
House Tasks
Keep apartment clean and free of attracting insects/spiders.
pick up mail if any, nojunkmail.
will arrange cleaning x1 a week for a full professional clean of apartment - just need to be home and ensure the tasks are done well.
