Lovely 4 bedroom house with pool on the Epsom Estate in Mordialloc. 15 mins walk to village, train, beach and shops. One very friendly, loveable chocolate Labrador to care for and walk. Potential to also look after equally as friendly and loveable old English sheepdog also. Both have lived together before very happily!

One chocolate Labrador. 7 years old. Very friendly and loveable. His best friend may also require looking after. Both dogs have lived together for a prolonged period and are well behaved.
