I'll be heading overseas to undertake training for a few months. Require cat and house sitter.One of 2 units on the block. Property features two bedrooms plus study. Separate lounge/reading room off the guest bedroom. Open living, dining and kitchen. Only one bathroom to clean. Decking and courtyard at the back. Off street parking. Front yard lawn (not much grass at the moment) and basic garden.Located on a quiet no through street. Most neighbours are friendly and are either retired or prefer to keep to themselves. Local shops are a 3 to 5 minute walk. Shopping strip includes local foodworks, bottle shop, a few cafes/restaurants, hairdressers, chemist, green grocer, butcher.Very close to Beaumaris, Mentone and Black Rock beaches. You'll have access to the Coastal Walking path and there are many lovely walks.Great time of the year to be near the beachSandringham golf course close by.Southland is an 8 minute drive.A 15 to 20 min walk to the local train station
Pets & farm animals
My buddy Pepe is a 13 year old burmilla male cat. He can be shy with strangers but very affectionate and chatty once he gets to know you. He loves lots of cuddles and pats, and If you don't mind the company, he'll follow you around for most of the day. Pepe would also be happy to sleep right by your side. Pepe isn't well (even though you wouldn't think so on some days) so he is best suited to someone who is responsible, patient, kind and caring. He requires daily medication and is on a restricted diet.
House Tasks
Caring for Pepe the cat: a requirement for someone to be home with him every night; the provision of daily medication; and possibly 1 to 2 vet visits during my absence. Some gardening and general house upkeep.
