We live in Dulwich Hill in Sydney’s Inner West, 7 kms from the Sydney CBD.
Our newly renovated three bedroom home has an ensuite and a main bathroom.
Our house is single level with zone heating/cooling.
We also have an entertaining area - with bbq and bar fridge - overlooking back yard and garage.
We are easy walking to three Light Rail stops, bus stops - taking you to great locations such as Darling Harbour and City.
We are also an easy walk to trendy Dulwich Hill with cafe’s/deli’s/restaurants/great little live music venue/Petersham Pool - and so much more!
We are also very close to two local Parks.
We have a gorgeous Cavador rescue puppy - called Molly. She is a chocolate brown Cavador (cross between King Charles Cavaliar and small Labrador).
Molly is 1 years old.
Molly has a gorgeous temperament and loves cuddles!
Molly walks on a lead and is friendly with other dogs and children.
Molly is completely house trained and needs walking twice a day.
