Our house has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a study. A large front yard and a smaller back yard for Winston (our 2.5 year old Corgi). We are located in Avondale Heights in Victoria and have a car you can borrow during your stay. 12 minute drive from Essendon train station or 5 minute drive to the tram stop. 10 minutes from Highpoint shopping centre and just a block away from the local Coles supermarket. We are looking for someone to house sit and dog sit while we are visiting family in Qld over the Christmas and New year period. We ask that Winston is not left alone for any more than 5 hours (unless is only a one off or urgent occasion). He is fully house/potty trained and there is a doggy door so he will take himself out. He is very well behaved and is an intelligent dog so is easy to care for. He will need to be walked once a day, unless it's raining then just a play inside. Minimal house maintenance required; water the indoor plants and keep the place generally clean. The outdoor plants only need to be watered once a week. Pets & farm animals
Winston - 2.5 year old corgi. Vaccinated and desexed. Need someone who can commit to staying the majority of each day with him (preferably someone who can work from home) and take him for a walk and feed him 2 meals per day. He is fully potty trained and we'll behaved.
House Tasks
Water indoor plants a couple of times a week. Water outdoor plants once a week. Maintain the cleanliness of the house. Collect the mail. Put petrol in the car when needed if you will be using it. Take the bins out every week (Monday night for Tuesday morning pick up).
