About

The house is located in a quiet neighbourhood on the Mornington Peninsula. It is only a few minutes away from the shops and cafes at the Mt Martha Village, and the beautiful Mt Martha Beach. The house is large, single storey, and comfortable with garden, ducted heating, dishwasher etc, WiFi and off street parking. It is also close to a bus stop.

Pets & farm animals

We have a gorgeous, black cat called Nellie. She is very friendly and loves company and lap time. We would like to have a cat lover look after her. She is locked inside the house at night and when no-one is home, but at other times she has free access to a fully enclosed backyard, as well as the house. She is very easy to look after.

House Tasks

Mainly to take care of our cat, Nellie, but also to keep the house clean and tidy, bring in the mail, and water a few pot plants when necessary. The garden won't require any work.
