Hi, we know that this may not eventuate due to continuing lock-downs, but we are trying to be hopeful....
We may require a responsible person/s (non smoker, no children) to look after our house, garden and pets. The house is a 3 bedroom brick veneer in Bentleigh East. It has ducted heating, Wi-Fi, cable TV, and is close to local parks, 2 gyms, swimming and aquatic centre, cafes. Short walk to local shops.
Pets & farm animals
We require someone who loves animals and is patient as we have three (3) pets. One dog, who requires daily walking and two cats.. Our cats are timid, so experience with rescues is important. Cara, our greyhound, is an ex-racer, and can also be quite timid, although she also has a stubborn streak at times.. Experience with greyhounds preferred. We also prefer someone who will be there more often than not as the pets are very sociable and enjoy company.
House Tasks
Walk Cara, the dog, twice a day, (A shortish walk only, preferably after lunch and after dinner, that way she sleeps through the night. She must sleep in the house at night) feed dog and cats, Clean the cat litter tray, after it has been used. Both cats are indoors cats, and do not leave the house. Bring in the mail, put out garbage bins. water plants, including the veggie gardens.
We have a person who comes and mows the lawns.
