2.5 bedroom house with spacious open plan living on quiet street, well connected to local shopping, leisure and bus amenities. Home to us and our 2 x beautiful Burmese fur babies (brother & sister cats).High speed cable internet connection, reverse cycle (hot/cold) air conditioning, open kitchen/living space, sunroom with garden outlook, outside covered dining and BBQ area in a quiet street. Off street parking. Location, Location, Location!!!! Bus on doorstep to Lane Cove Interchange bus stop (= 10 mins to Sydney CBD - Wynyard- by bus) and North Sydney. Short walk to Lane Cove village with boutique shops, cafes, restaurants and supermarkets, Aquatic centre, choice of gyms (anytime fitness is one!) and all amenities including Coles, Aldi and Woolies. Chatswood Westfield/Chase is about 15 mins drive. Quiet leafy Northwood is a great suburb to live in: close to the city with a village atmosphere, lots of parks and bush walks nearby.What are we looking for? Trustworthy, experienced house sitters. Preference will be given to couples, people who work from home or are retired and are available to spend lots of time with our fur babies.
Pets & farm animals
Most important thing is our beautiful cats: Matilda and Monty. They are indoor only with their own enclosed balcony. Happy to curl up with one another during the day but also very affectionate. They sleep on/in our (King size) bed, so you would have to be happy to allow them to be your furry hot water bottles while we are away. They need daily morning and night time feeding before you go to bed, and litter changed as required. Vet is a close 5 minute walk away if required.
House Tasks
Give cats lots of affection and attention, keep an eye on things, look after the flat and enjoy your stay :) Please note that bills and expenses MUST be covered by the house sitter.
