We have fantastic aircon for hot summer days, wifi, Apple TV with subscription to Netflix, binge, Amazon prime and Disney, lots of space on the deck and in the backyard. House sitter will need to take care of a friendly labradoodle, 2 cats and fish in a tank.

6 year old labradoodle - very friendly, fed once a day and can be walked once every few days, sleeps indoors on her own couch
6 year old cats - fed twice a day and are mostly outdoor cats, no litter required
