Hi, I require a house & dog sitter in December & January from the evening of 21/12/22 to the morning of 13/1/23.
Perfect for anyone spending some time in the Sydney area over the Christmas & New Year period.

The house is a small, basic 2 bedroom home (2nd b/room is used as an office) within close walking distance to wonderful Sydney Olympic Park. 15 minute walk to Lidcombe railway station & there's a bus route that goes direct into the city just a minute down the road.

The house has off street parking, Foxtel HD IQ3 + Netflix in the main living room, unlimited internet / wifi, and there's no garden maintenance expected except a small amount of pot watering. There is front and back lawn that will grow over this time but it’s not required that the house sitter maintain this. In summer there is a portable air con, in winter a gas heater.

Easy to maintain basic home with 1 very friendly, relaxed and loveable medium size, 13 year old English Staffie dog named Jessie who enjoys a daily walk and playing ball in the backyard, she absolutely loves human company.
Jessie is an inside the house dog both day and night who shares the lounge and has her own bed in the main bedroom.

Jessie’s diet consists mainly of fresh food so some basic preparation of food is required and shopping at the nearby Woolworths may be required a few times during the 3 week period, all costs will be covered for this.
