Free standing house in small seaside community. Ideal for those interested in water activities (Rainbow Beach and nearby Fraser Island) as well as kayaking, fishing, exploring the natural attractions around Tin Can Bay.
Nelson, our Jack Russel / Terrier cross is a bit spoilt but safe with kids and other adults, as long as he knows they are not a threat to us. He loves the beach too.
Kayaks and fishing rods are available to use as well as our 3 bedroom / 3 bathroom air conditioned house.
Use of Netflix, Disney+, Amazon Prime and via our "Smart TV" and access to wi fii.
Use of our Hyundai Tuscon may be negotiated.
Pets & farm animals
8 year old male Jack Russel x Terrier. Loves the beach and taken for walks. Good with kids. Okay with strangers as long as he knows they are not a threat to us.
House Tasks
Collect mail at Post Office.. about 500mts walk you us and dog.
Lawn mowing front and back less than 1 hour total... pretty easy.
