Short house sit while owners on holidays over the period 03 to 09 June 22.
Free-standing, two storey, two bedroom, two bathroom house.
Spare bedroom downstairs with queen size bed and with its own ensuite.
Quiet area close to all amenities with a bus stop and train station very close by.
Beautiful location on the NSW South Coast. House has ocean views with an easy walk to the beach.
No house maintenance requirements over the period except bring in the mail.
Animals are two small dogs, two inside only cats, and four chickens.
One of the dogs may or may not take to a new person and it would be preferred to meet with the sitter prior to the sitting dates. Other dog is very friendly.
The cats are a bit nervous initially with new people but warm to them quite quickly. They must remain inside.
The chickens will not require any attention over the short period.
