**NON SMOKING HOME**
3 bedrooms, stand alone house, in a lovely western suburb of Melbourne, about 25 kms from the CBD.
Our bedroom has a walking robe and ensuite.
The 2 other bedrooms have built in wardrobes.
There is a family bathroom with spa and separate toilet.
Big laundry, kitchen with lots of cupboards and pantry, dining and lounge areas.
French Pay TV and we have internet/NBN.
Lots of great walking paths. Close to public transport, shopping centers, medical centers, dentists, pharmacies, restaurants, cafes, librarie, etc.
Please note: we absolutely require sitters who are not working anymore and ideally a couple.
If you are interested, we would like to have you a few days prior our departure, so on June 10, 2023, and you could leave the day after we return.

Pets & farm animals
- Abby, currently 4 ans, female Kelpie x Labrador x American Staffie x Border Collie (according to her DNA). We've adopted her at the Lost Dogs Home, she was only 2 months old and already desexed. She loves people but can be funny with dogs. Her favorite game is playing ball in a park. She goes to a doggy day care once a week and training every Sunday.
- Mossimo, we call her Mo-Mo, female cat, very sweet and gentle .
- Smokey, male cat, big and 7.4 kg. He's Main Coon x.
- Muffin, male cat, the youngest one and talkative.
They are all rescued pets, vaccinated, declared and in very good hands at home.
House Tasks
- Our requirements concern essentially our indoor pets.
- Picking up the mail.
- Keeping the house in good order.
Our car will stay in the garage so you will park in the driveway.
