A Winter opportunity by the beach in Torquay.Located in "old" Torquay, walking distance (700 mts) to the beach and main shopping area (1Km), we live in a 2 storey "beach house" which has recently had some renovations. The living areas and kitchen are on the second storey. The garden is simple, a small area of grass may require mowing.. A bed with fruit trees should be fine during winter. We are a retired couple, who love to travel and ski.
Pets & farm animals
Heath and Snowy are Jack Russell pups, who will be about 8 and 7 months in July. They are pups, so the training is ongoing. They respond to treats. They are boisterous but also stop and sleep.
