Beautiful light-filled 3 BR 2 BR two story house. Uninterrupted views over Port Phillip Bay and Arthur's Seat. Split system heating and cooling, plus wood fired heater, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, and large spa bath. Large, very easy-care garden. One lovely cat to look after. Easy walk on a bush track to the beach.
We are in Mount Martha, near Safety Beach, within walking distance to a small shopping precinct. Easy drive to the Dromana and Mount Martha shopping centres and the local public golf course.. Short walk to the bus stop.

Pets & farm animals

One 3 year old cat. She has access to the garden during the day, but must be inside at night. Litter box on balcony is changed weekly She can take care of herself inside for two days and nights, if you needed to be away.

House Tasks

Collect mail.
The garden is very easy care. It would probably only need lawn mowing 2 or 3 times for the duration of the sit. Unlikely to need watering unless very hot and dry.
A few indoor plants to look after.
