We're in a small house in a central location in the inner north/west. We are super close to public transport (across the road from a train station and a bus out the front). Only 6km from the CBD. Would suit a single person or couple.
Pets & farm animals
We have two small dogs – Lottie and Barry.
Lottie is a border terrier, she's 1 year old, She's a lovable girl, she LOVES playing with other dogs, playing fetch at home and will snuggle with you! She needs a good amount of exercise but can't really be trusted off leash, we let her off in safe spaces (fenced dog parks, large parks) but always have treats and need to be watchful and ready to run to grab her if she decides to wander off with someone else on their walk. One thing to note, she doesn't like the heat so needs to be walked early or late in Summer.
Barry is a fluffy little terrier cross, he's 15 years old and is an old man. He has arthritis in his back legs, can't walk as far as Lottie, and his happy enough with a stroll with you as Lottie plays with others.
House Tasks
Collecting mail, walking the dogs morning and evening, playing with Lottie, Watering the plants.
