Our property is a semi-detached, single story, 3 bedroom house with 2 baths, good kitchen - dining room and comfortable sitting room. To the rear is a slated terrace with only pot plants to water. Behind is open land. We are 5 minutes walk to local train station into Melbourne with buses conveniently nearby. A good shopping Centre is 5 minutes walking away. The neighborhood is good. We are caravanning to Queensland and require a house sitter to care for the house and pot plants. We have a miniature spoodle dog pet of two years to care for and walk. He is friendly and affectionate.
