About

Hi there we have a 3 bedroom house located a few minutes walk from the Yarra River, 10 min walk into town for cafes, art galleries, shopping, and a great pub etc. A very close bus stop will take you to Ringwood, or the City, You would have the whole house which incl internet, Netflix, Stan, Prime, air conditioning, great views.

Pets & farm animals

Ivy is a wolfhound x who is pretty low maintenance, but on the boisterous side. She does not really require too much exercise, but would love you forever if you took her on an occasional walk, or play with the water hose (her favorite!). Families are welcome, but kids would need to be dog-savvy - she absolutely loves kids, but can be a bit on the rough side when she gets excited. She is not great with other dogs so you will have to keep her at a distance if you do decide to take her out.

House Tasks

No gardening required except to water my indoor plants (there is a lot!) and maybe to check on the irrigation system occasionally.
