I live on 7 acres in Walmer, 6 minutes from Maldon and 10 minutes from Castlemaine in central Victoria. It's a lovely environment, with trees, a dam and visiting wildlife. There is plenty to do in Maldon and Castlemaine and equally nothing but relaxation in the calm of Walmer, whichever is your preference.

I have a lovely old dog called Oscar, a cat called Sab and 5 ducks. Oscar is 19 and enjoys short walks and being close to people. Sab is independent, but enjoys sitting next to you in the evening. The ducks are lovely to watch. I water them every second day and they have an automatic feeder, so not much work and mostly enjoyment for them.

The house is tidy and clean, with one comfortable queeb bed available and good facilities.
