2 Bed, 2 Bath ground floor apartment with yard on quiet street in Penrith.

Located at the bottom of the blue mountains in Penrith our apartment is on the ground floor of a new building completed 2021. We are located on a laneway that is very quiet near to a church/graveyard and a school.

We are going away for the above dates and need someone to look after our cat Pounce who is an indoor only cat. He needs food twice a day and love and attention as much as possible as he loves people. We also need the lawn watered and the mower man let in once a fortnight. A cleaner will also come once a fortnight and need to be let in.

Pets & farm animals

One cat Pounce who is a russian blue (hypoallergenic). He is 2 years old and very playful/loving. He has a self cleaning toilet that you wont need to do anything for.

House Tasks

Collect mail, water lawn, water indoor plants, let in lawn mower man once a fortnight, let in cleaner once a fortnight.
