Poppy, our gorgeous greyhound and our 6 chooks would love you to stay in our cosy 3 bedroom home with off street parking and a huge, huge backyard.

Bedroom configuration: queen master, kids bedroom (toddler bed and single bed ) and home office set up in spare room. Suit single, couple or small family. Great for kids: huge super safe springless and fully netted Vuly trampoline and Vuly swing set with cubby house, soccer goal net (it bounces the ball back to you) and basketball ring.

All utilities, wifi, and Netflix, Disney+ included.

A quiet suburban area with great amenities. eg A licensed Pizzeria 3 mins walk and 2 cafes about 10 mins walk, Ruthven station is a 15 minute walk. Edwardes Lake and Edwardes street shopping is a 5 minute drive or 20-25 minute walk. Preston Market is 10 mins drive.

House requirements:
Check mail and take out/bring in bins
Pets: Feed dog once a day and a short walk a few times a week. She loves to be inside and is well trained to just plop down on her mat and stay put for hours. She sleeps outside at night.

The chooks just need to be let out and locked up daily, but can be left in their house for several days at a time as its very big and they will have plenty of food and water for the week. They have just started laying so fresh eggs daily for you to enjoy. Help yourself to any garden produce.
