Family home located in the beautiful North Warrandyte area, shrouded with nature and immediate access to the main road. Family is intending to take a trip to the US, after not seeing family for 3 years. The stay will be approximately 4 to 5 months. Will be needing a reliable house sitter who is also keen on pet sitting as well. There is one small cavoodle, one cat, one pet lizard, and three goldfish. Also a couple of indoor plants that will need attention. House has a child friendly feel, as children live the household. Smoke free environment.
Pets & farm animals
There is Bernie the 1 year old cavoodle, never a fuss and with a toddler's energy level. He's happy, jumpy and just wants cuddles and to be feed twice a day. With a snack in between. He goes out for his toilet, but we do have puppy pads inside for when he can't wait. Puppy pads do require to be changed frequently and will be supplied along with the pet food. He loves walks, and outings but is good when there's an outing missed.
Charlie is a 2 year old cat, strictly indoors and never a fuss. He is rambunctious and will jump on the kitchen, he's definitely not allowed. He's fed twice a day as well, and is cheeky with anything left out in the kitchen. He only requires the litter to be attended to also.
There is a Blue Tongue lizard, who doesn't require much attention. Just check if he has water, and enough food in bowl, and if heating lamp is working.
The 3 gold fish, possibly one cleaning of there's fish bowl, one feeding daily, and they are pretty much maintenance free.
House Tasks
To collect mail before it accumulates, water the indoor plants every week, keep the house tidy, tend to the rubbish and recycle bins, changing cat litter, taking dog for walks if possible, pet care
