Beautiful old house on large block in Coorparoo. Fenced and with lovely garden. We’ve lived here 10 years and love it.

Located with direct access to a bus stop, walking distance to major shopping precinct (camp hill market place)

The house will expected to be kept clean and no personal items to be moved. All areas of house may be used except master bedroom.

Tv, Foxtel. Netflix, Amazon promise, PlayStation, Yamaha sound system, wifi is free to use at your disposal. As is the rest of the house and yard. You may also use the offset smoker and char grill in the back yard too.
